About the Job
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our family-owned and operated commercial laundry equipment business. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and is eager to grow with our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Answer and screen incoming phone calls; take and relay messages professionally.
  •  Maintain and organize office supplies and inventory.
  •  Print, scan, and electronically file documents. 
  •  Track invoices and payments with accuracy. 
  •  Utilize QuickBooks to create quotes, generate invoices, receive payments, and set up new customers (required).
  •  Receive and verify incoming parts for service and inventory. 
  •  Perform accurate data entry and record-keeping. 
  •  Provide general administrative and office support.

Required Skills & Experience:
  •  Intermediate computer proficiency (Microsoft Office and general PC use). 
  •  Ability to conduct online research and gather data. 
  •  Proficiency in QuickBooks (required).
  •  Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Position Details:
  • Job Type: Full-Time (In-Office) 
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM 
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Language: Fluent in English (required)
